We put striking point of sale materials into the practice to grab attention, supported by leaflets and educational materials written for patients in their language. And in the fitting room we place more “clinical” tools that help show the different shapes, sizes and uniqueness of the eye, helping explain why making a lens just for them is the right thing to do.
